SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Shipment Policies

Shipping fees include handling and packaging as well as postage costs.

For Local Shipping (Malaysia):

Shipping is via Pos Laju (unless otherwise specified)


Peninsular Malaysia - Shipping fee is a flat rate of RM9
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan - Shipping fee is a flat rate of RM15 

For International Shipping:


Singapore - Starts at RM50 for the first 0.5kg via Poslaju International (3 days ~ 1 week)
Other Countries - Please contact us via email or our Facebook/Instagram to confirm shipping costs.


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Poslaju (local) or FedEx (international). We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Kindly note that we shall not held responsible for any damage or loss during delivery, but we will ensure your package is packed securely and handled with care before it is being delivered. In any circumstances shall such case happened, kindly get back to us so we could try to sort out the issue as well as monitor our courier service's perfomances.


Return Policies

Even though we have carried out great care on checking each items before putting them on sale, we might miss out a few.

  1. In any case the item you've purchased is found defected (not due to shipment), kindly inform us at hello@pinkierthanblue.com within 3 working days upon receiving the item for a refund.
  2. If you have received the wrong size, kindly contact us for an exchange within 3 working days upon receiving the item. Postage amount will be returned in terms of store credit and the second re-shipment will not be charged.
  3. Refunds shall be in the form of store credits with the same value of the returned items (not including shipping fee).
  4. Items must be returned within 10 working days upon received in its original and saleable condition. The items MUST NOT be worn, altered, ironed, washed and the tag must still be attached (if any). If the item is wrapped, it must not be opened.
  5. Please provide your order number as reference when contacting us regarding these issues.
